After registering for a test, you can change your test center or test date for a small fee, as long as you make the changes at the same time. Here are some of the important pointers to note regarding the ACT exam dates 2024-25:

• Changing Your Test Center: You can switch to a different test center for the same test date if there are available seats and materials. However, you must do this before the late registration deadline. If you miss this deadline, you can inquire about standby testing.

• Changing Your Test Date: If you can’t attend on your original test date or if ACT cancels your registration due to security issues, you can reschedule to a different date. If you used an ACT Fee Waiver, it would apply to your new test date but will only cover the test or late fee, so you’ll still need to pay the change fee.

• Changing Your Test Option: Before the late registration deadline, you can add the writing option or switch between paper and online testing, if seats are available.
